Replying to @ً As someone who cleans teeth every single day, I can usually tell whether my patients use an electric toothbrush, not just because their teeth and gums tend to be healthier, but because they’re often more comfortable in the dental chair. Think about it..at the dentist, there are a lot of sensations and vibrations from the polisher, drill, suction, air, and water. Using an electric toothbrush at home helps you get used to that stimulation, making your dental visits feel a little less overwhelming. That’s one of the reasons I recommend the Nova Sonic toothbrush. It’s affordable, making it a great starter option if you’ve never used an electric toothbrush before. Try incorporating it into your routine gradually. An electric toothbrush removes up to 10 times more plaque and bacteria than a manual toothbrush, has a built-in 2-minute timer to help you brush for the full recommended time, and was created by dental professionals, so you can feel confident you’re using a high-quality product every day. #electrictoothbrush #toothbrush #whiterteeth #brushingteeth #teethcare
