Replying to @Dr. Lara Heal/ Free spirit! This foldable bench has honestly made my home workouts way more convenient. It has 9 adjustable positions so I can switch between incline, flat, and decline exercises for a full-body routine, and the heavy-duty frame supports up to 800 lbs so it feels really secure while lifting. The seat and back padding are comfortable, the adjustments are easy to change between workouts, and it folds completely flat when I’m done so I can slide it under my bed or store it in my closet. Perfect for getting a solid workout in without needing a huge gym setup.@Bearbro Fitness Studio #homegym #adjustablebench #workoutbench #strengthtraining #fitnessfinds
