🍉 Pineapple Dragonfruit Watermelon 🍍✨ A refreshing summer treat that tastes indulgent but comes with added wellness benefits. Makes 2 servings Ingredients:
½ large watermelon, cubed and frozen
1–2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 packets Iris Pineapple Dragonfruit
2 tsp honey (optional, but recommended) Directions: 1. Cube half a watermelon and freeze until solid. 2. Add frozen watermelon, lime juice, Iris Pineapple Dragonfruit, and honey to a food processor. 3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. 4. 💜Galaxy Chia Refresher 💫 2 Iris Nutrition Pineapple Dragonfruit drink mix packets 3 tablespoons chia seeds 7 cups water 2 cups coconut water 1 teaspoons blue spirulina powder 1 cups fresh or frozen dragonfruit, cubed 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1 tablespoons honey or agave 2 cups regular ice cubes STEPS 1. Bloom the chia seeds: Add 3 tablespoons chia seeds to 7 cups cold water in your pitcher. Stir well and let sit for 30 minutes  2. Build the pitcher: Add 2 Iris Nutrition Pineapple Dragonfruit drink mix packets with 2 cups coconut water, stir until dissolved. Add the spirulina, 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice, and 1 tablespoons honey or agave, and the bloomed chia seeds. Stir everything together. 3. Add dragonfruit chunks: Gently drop 1 cups fresh or frozen dragonfruit, cubed into the pitcher. 4. Chill & serve: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes  5. Before serving.
