If you do get melted toffee just snap a photo and send it to Emily and if you’re nice about it she will help you out. If you’re a prick about it we will most likely take all your messages and make a little jingle out of it. More content is more content baby. Seriously, we try really hard to make sure your orders get to you in perfect condition. But we’re the smartest business owners in the planet and decided to start a business where the product is gonna melt 3 months out of the year in most places… Yay us 😅 You can always toss the bags in the fridge or freezer for a bit and then whack em on something (to break the pieces back up), that’s always worked for us.
