One of the things that helps me more than anything else with my digestion is taking a good food enzyme. Replying to @Jenn ❌️ Rocks lipase is the enzyme you’re looking for if you’re trying to help digest fats. It’s found in a lot of enzyme complexes but not in the same quantities.
