I want to hear what everyone else thinks. Either way, this SUNNY trap bar is a solid option for deadlifts, shrugs, rows and more, with swivel handles, diamond knurling and a 400 lb capacity. #TikTokShopCreatorPicks #tiktokshopstockup #TrapBar #Deadlift #HomeGym

A straight bar puts the load in front of you, while a hex bar lets you stand inside the weight and usually gives you a more upright pulling position. This SUNNY trap bar also gives you swivel handles, solid knurling, and a 400 lb capacity. Different tools for different goals—but which one are you picking? #TikTokShopCreatorPicks #tiktokshopstockup #TrapBar #Deadlift #HomeGym
